The posting

Als Elektromonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren en verbeteren van de technische installaties binnen de productieomgeving. Wanneer een productielijn stilvalt, analyseer je de storing en zorg je ervoor dat de productie zo snel mogelijk weer kan draaien.

Naast het oplossen van elektrotechnische storingen houd je je bezig met besturingstechniek, PLC’s en schakelkasten. Je bouwt en past schakelkasten aan, installeert PLC’s en werkt mee aan het aansluiten en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe productielijnen.

Je werkt met technische tekeningen en bedradingsschema’s en zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie altijd actueel en technisch correct is. Waar nodig pas je tekeningen en schema’s zelf aan.

Ook speel je een belangrijke rol op het gebied van kwaliteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het kalibreren en onderhouden van meetapparatuur, zodat metingen betrouwbaar blijven en de productie aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen voldoet.

De werkzaamheden zijn erg afwisselend. De ene dag los je een complexe elektrotechnische storing op, terwijl je de volgende dag werkt aan een nieuwe schakelkast, PLC-installatie of technisch verbeterproject. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte om mee te denken over de optimalisatie van het machinepark.
