Als elektromonteur bij PAX werk je aan het hele proces van machineverplaatsing en montage. Voor PAX Bouw- en Industrieservice in Heerenveen zoeken we elektromonteurs met affiniteit voor werktuigbouwkunde. Je werkt aan machineverplaatsingen en montageprojecten waarbij elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde en transport samenkomen. In Nederland, Europa en soms ook daarbuiten. Wat ga je doen? Ongeveer 60% van je werk bestaat uit het plaatsen en assembleren van nieuwe machines. De overige 40% ben je bezig met het verplaatsen van bestaande machines en productielijnen. Je bent betrokken bij verschillende stappen van een project: van het veilig loskoppelen en demonteren van machines tot het opbouwen, bekabelen en aansluiten op locatie. Ook het voorbereiden van onderdelen voor transport en het uitvoeren van hijs-, intern transport- en laad- en loswerkzaamheden horen erbij. Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende technische disciplines. Daarbij moet je niet alleen je eigen werkzaamheden goed uitvoeren, maar ook overzicht houden en afstemmen wat er wanneer moet gebeuren. Een voorbeeld uit de praktijk Een van onze projecten was de verplaatsing van een complete productielijn van Kufstein in Oostenrijk naar Hardenberg. Bij deze verplaatsing moesten de machines veilig worden losgekoppeld en gedemonteerd. Kabels, aansluitingen en onderdelen werden zorgvuldig voorbereid voor transport, zodat de productielijn op de nieuwe locatie weer opgebouwd en aangesloten kon worden. Dit soort projecten laat zien hoe breed het werk is. Je houdt je bezig met elektrotechniek, maar werkt tegelijkertijd mee aan een complete machineverplaatsing. Hoe werken we bij PAX?
