Daar krijg jij juist energie van. Jij duikt de storing in, vindt de oorzaak en krijgt de techniek weer aan het werk. Met jouw kennis van elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek zorg je ervoor dat miljoenen blikjes en flesjes soepel van de band rollen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan moderne en geautomatiseerde productielijnen waar elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek en mechaniek samenkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer los je een acute storing op, de volgende keer verbeter je een installatie zodat die storing niet meer terugkomt. Een sensor die geen signaal geeft? Een frequentieregelaar die uitvalt? Of een productielijn die ineens stilstaat? Jij gaat op onderzoek uit. Je meet, analyseert en sleutelt net zo lang tot je de oorzaak hebt gevonden. Je werkt in een 4-ploegendienst en krijgt volop ruimte om jouw technische kennis in te zetten. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, werkt veilig en zorgt samen met je collega's dat de productie blijft draaien. - Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van elektrotechnische storingen; - Werken aan besturingssystemen, sensoren, motoren, frequentieregelaars en schakelkasten; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productielijnen en technische installaties; - Meewerken aan mechanische werkzaamheden wanneer een storing daarom vraagt; - Signaleren en uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen die storingen helpen voorkomen; - Registreren van werkzaamheden en storingen in SAP; - Samenwerken met operators, engineers en collega-monteurs; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, Arbo- en VCA-richtlijnen.
