Jij houdt als elektromonteur de productielijnen van een bekende frisdrankproducent in beweging. Van een complexe storing tot slimme technische verbeteringen: jij zorgt dat de productie van merken als Pepsi, 7UP, Sisi en Rivella blijft draaien. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan moderne, geautomatiseerde productielijnen waar elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek en mechaniek samenkomen. Je lost storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en zorgt dat installaties betrouwbaar blijven werken. Een sensor die uitvalt? Een frequentieregelaar die voor problemen zorgt? Of een storing die steeds terugkomt? Jij duikt de techniek in, vindt de oorzaak en zorgt voor een duurzame oplossing. Je draait mee in een 4-ploegendienst. Daardoor is geen dienst hetzelfde. Je krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van elektrotechnische storingen; - Werken aan besturingssystemen, sensoren, motoren, frequentieregelaars en schakelkasten; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan productielijnen en installaties; - Meewerken aan mechanische werkzaamheden wanneer dat nodig is; - Signaleren en uitvoeren van technische verbeteringen om storingen te voorkomen; - Registreren van werkzaamheden en storingen in SAP; - Samenwerken met operators, engineers en collega-monteurs; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, Arbo- en VCA-richtlijnen.
