Deze organisatie is actief binnen de maakindustrie en richt zich op productieprocessen met industriële productielijnen en procesapparatuur. De technische dienst van deze organisatie is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de installatie en de optimalisatie van elektrische besturingen en procesapparatuur. In Loenen werkt het team dagelijks aan het voorkomen van stilstanden en het verbeteren van de efficiëntie van productielijnen door systematisch onderhoud en het doorvoeren van technische verbeteringen. De technische dienst ondersteunt de productie en engineering en schakelt externe leveranciers wanneer dat nodig is om storingen snel te verhelpen. De functie van Elektromonteur biedt ruimte om vakkennis te verdiepen, mee te werken aan projecten en door te groeien naar meer verantwoordelijke technische rollen binnen de organisatie. Het salaris bedraagt tussen €2750 en €4500 bruto per maand en de arbeidsvoorwaarden omvatten onder andere consignatietoeslag, ruime verlofregeling en opleidingsmogelijkheden voor vakgerichte ontwikkeling.

- Oplossen van storingen aan elektrische installaties en besturingen;

- Instellen, programmeren en onderhouden van PLC- en HMI-systemen;

- Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en technische verbeteringen aan productielijnen;

- Begeleiden van externe monteurs en samenwerken met het engineeringteam;

- Registreren van storingen en opstellen van duidelijke storingsrapportages;

Functie-eisen: - MBO Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbare opleiding;

- Enige jaren ervaring met PLC-besturingen en storingsanalyse;

- Kennis van elektrische systemen, elektronica en HMI-configuratie;

- Bereidheid om NEN 3140 te halen indie
