Elektromonteur Utiliteit | Renovatie & Installatietechniek | Rotterdam - Rotterdam - € 2.900,00 - 3.600,00 Over de functie Elk pand heeft z'n eigen verhaal. Een oude installatie die eruit moet, een plafond waar je niet in komt, een tekening die niet klopt. Je draait de klus van A tot Z: je begint in een leeg pand en je loopt er weg als alles werkt. Je werkt aan renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten in de utiliteit, in de regio Rotterdam. Het werk loopt van praktijk- en zorglocaties tot grotere kantoor- en utiliteitspanden, dus de schaal verschilt per klus. De ene keer sta je in een pand van honderdvijftig vierkante meter, de andere keer op een kantoorverdieping. - Je draait projecten van A tot Z: - Je strip de bestaande installatie in panden die gerenoveerd worden - Je legt leidingwerk en kabelgoten aan, van eerste tracé tot afgemonteerd - Je plaatst groepenkasten en verdelers en sluit ze aan - Je monteert verlichting, wandcontactdozen en schakelmateriaal af - Je meet en test de installatie en levert op volgens NEN 1010 - Afhankelijk van het pand leg je ook datavoorzieningen of domotica mee aan Je werkt in een team van twintig ervaren monteurs. Je draait een project van A tot Z: zelfstandig aan je eigen deel van de installatie, samen met een collega op de klus. Gereedschap en materiaal staan voor je klaar op de locatie. Je zit langere tijd op één projectlocatie in plaats van dagelijks te wisselen. Het type project verschilt daarentegen sterk. De projecten liggen in de regio Rotterdam en de omliggende gemeenten ten zuiden van de stad, dus je rijdt geen halve provincie door voor je aan het werk bent. De installaties die je aanlegt lopen van kracht en verlichting tot datavoorzieningen en gebouwgebonden regeling, afhankelijk van het pand. Meten, testen en opleveren volgens NEN hoort er standaard bij.
