Elektromonteur Utiliteit Renovatie Amsterdam | Bus van de zaak - Amsterdam - € 3.100,00 - 3.900,00 Over de functie Achter het stucwerk van een pand uit 1890 zit bedrading waar niemand een tekening van heeft. Jij haalt het eruit en legt er een installatie voor terug die de komende dertig jaar meegaat. Met je eigen bus en gereedschap van de zaak. Als Elektromonteur Utiliteit Renovatie werk je aan bestaande utiliteitspanden in Amsterdam: hotels, kantoren, musea en congreslocaties. Geen woningen dus, maar panden waar de installatie een andere schaal heeft en waar je rekening houdt met gasten, bezoekers of een bedrijf dat gewoon doordraait. Je strip de oude installatie, legt nieuw leidingwerk en bekabeling aan, plaatst groepenkasten en verdelers en monteert verlichting, schakelmateriaal en wandcontactdozen af. Het ene project is een monumentaal pand in het centrum waar je om elke balk heen moet werken. Het volgende is een hotel waar de installatie in één keer de hele verdieping door moet, of een congreslocatie met een krapper tijdvenster omdat het pand tussen twee evenementen door leeg staat. Grote complexe projecten en kleine precieze klussen lopen door elkaar, en er wordt gekeken welk type werk jou het beste ligt. Je rijdt in een volledig ingerichte bedrijfsbus met professioneel elektrisch gereedschap. Geen gedoe met materiaal halen of gereedschap lenen: je stapt in en je kunt aan de slag.
