Deze werkgever is al meer dan 30 jaar actief als specialist in elektrotechniek en netwerkinfrastructuur, met een duidelijke focus op tertiaire projecten. Vanuit drie vestigingen in Oost- en Antwerpen worden dagelijks kwalitatieve installaties gerealiseerd in kantoren, scholen, zorginstellingen en magazijnen.

Het bedrijf is VCA-gecertificeerd en staat bekend om zijn grondige aanpak in drie domeinen: netwerkinfrastructuur, bekabeling en elektrische installaties. Daarbij worden geen compromissen gesloten op het vlak van veiligheid, afwerking en klantgerichtheid.

Je komt terecht in een technische ploeg van een 16-tal vakmensen, ondersteund door een team van projectleiders en een interne veiligheidscoördinator. Dankzij deze professionele structuur krijg je alle ruimte om jouw expertise en leiderschap te tonen.

Alle elektrische en netwerkoplossingen worden in-house ontworpen, geplaatst en onderhouden. Denk aan volledige trajecten van kabelinfrastructuur tot branddetectie en datanetwerken, steeds op maat van de klant.

Deze functie situeert zich op werven binnen de driehoek Gent – Brussel – Antwerpen, met een focus op langlopende projecten in de tertiaire sector. Je werkt er doorgaans met een vaste ploeg op één werf tegelijk, zodat je echt betrokken bent van opstart tot afwerking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als leidinggevende elektrotechnieker coördineer jouw ploeg op de werf en bewaart het overzicht over de dagelijkse taken
  • Je vertrekt om 7u rechtstreeks naar de werf en werkt 8u per dag, met een half uur pauze
  • Je brengt elke elektrische installatie of toestel zelfstandig aan, van kabeltrekking tot aansluiting
  • Is er een toestel dat je nog niet kent? Dan gebruik je jouw inzicht of handleiding om toch correct te werk te gaan
  • Je werkt meestal aan één werf per keer, samen met dezelfde ploeg
  • Er wordt van je verwacht dat je risico’s kan inschatten en veilig werkt volgens de correcte procedures
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en communiceert dagelijks met de projectleider
  • Ook de organisatie en planning op de werf behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je zet mee de toon qua werkhouding, veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je beschikt over een elektrische opleiding of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring op tertiaire of industriële werven, liefst ook in een leidinggevende rol
  • Je bent organisatorisch, communicatief sterk en in staat risico’s correct in te schatten
