Unser Partner im Bereich der Haus- und Gebäudetechnik steht für technische Gebäudeausrüstung in allen Gewerken.

Er plant und errichtet gebäudetechnische Anlagen, und übernimmt Service und Wartung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Gebäudes ab - ob Bürokomplex, Industrieanlage, Flughafen, Krankenhaus oder Kongresszentrum.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir vielleicht gerade DICH! 1 Elektrotechnik / Haus- und Gebäudetechnik (all genders) Deine Rolle:

* Für Inspektions- und Wartungstätigkeiten an elektrotechnischen Anlagen bist du verantwortlich

* Führst Behebungen von Störungen im Bereich Elektrotechnik durch

* Bist Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Auftraggeber*innen und Mieter*innen und erstellst Angebote und Bestellungen

* Übernimmst die Dokumentation der Wartungen und Störungen

* Du führst eigenverantwortlich Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten im Bereich Elektrotechnik durch

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, o.ä.)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Facility Management, Servicetechnik/-in, Elektrotechnik/-in

* Solide MS Office Kenntnisse

* Führerschein B und Flexibilität

* Eigeninitiative und verlässliche Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamgeist

* Kenntnisse, über E-Normen und Prüfbefunde erstellen wäre von Vorteil
