Profil & Verantwortung

In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition bist du für die fachgerechte AC-Installation und schlüsselfertige Inbetriebnahme von modernen Systemen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien verantwortlich. Du koordinierst die Abläufe vor Ort auf den Baustellen, steuerst Teams sowie Partnerbetriebe und stellst eine erstklassige, qualitätsbewusste Projektumsetzung sicher.

Aufgabenbereich

* Elektrotechnische Montage: Eigenständige Durchführung von AC-Installationen (Wechselstrom), Schaltschrankumbauten sowie die Anbindung von Speichersystemen, E-Ladeinfrastruktur und Energiemanagement-Systemen.

* Inbetriebnahme & Service: Konfiguration, funktionale Inbetriebnahme und Qualitätssicherung der installierten Anlagen sowie Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätzen.

* Baustellenkoordination: Eigenverantwortliche Organisation der Abläufe vor Ort, Materialermittlung sowie fachliche Anleitung von Montageteams und Partnerunternehmen.

* Schnittstelle & Doku: Unterstützung der Technikabteilung bei der Planung/Kommissionierung sowie lückenlose Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten.

Anforderungsprofil

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Lehre, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Meisterprüfung von Vorteil).

* Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Elektroinstallation oder Anlagentechnik.

* Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigenverantwortung, lösungsorientiertes Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise.

* Kundenorientierung: Professionelles, freundliches und verlässliches Auftreten.

* Rahmenbedingungen: Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze in Österreich (Einsatzradius ca. 200 km ab Standort) sowie Führerschein B.

Vergütung & Benefits

Für diese Position ist ein attraktiv gestaltetes Gehaltspaket vorgesehen. Das Bruttojahresgehalt startet ab € 45.000,- (auf Vollzeitbasis, ohne Zulagen) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Diäten, Reisezulagen und Überstunden werden transparent nach Aufwand extra vergütet.
