Das zeichnet Sie fachlich und persönlich aus

· Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (z.B. Lehre, HTL) und haben idealerweise erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung gesammelt

· Sie bringen Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten und die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem 2-Schichtsystem sowie fallweise Rufbereitschaft am Wochenende mit

· Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit aus und arbeiten lösungsorientiert

· Als verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Handschlagqualität bringen Sie sich aktiv ins Team ein

· Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, zusätzliche Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

So sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus

· Sie sind verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung, Wartung und Reparatur technischer und mechanischer Anlagen im elektronischen Bereich

· Sie führen eigenständig Störungssuchen, Diagnosen und Fehlerbehebungen an unseren Produktionsanlagen durch

· Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen

· Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften

· Sie begleiten und kontrollieren die Arbeiten von externen Dienstleistern

Gehalt

Wir bieten einen wettbewerbsfähigen Lohn, den wir flexibel und fair entsprechend Ihrer Erfahrung, Qualifikation und Verantwortung gestalten. Von Beginn an ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Je nach Berufserfahrung, fachlichem Können, Einsatzbereitschaft und Leistung kann sich der monatliche Bruttolohn bis zu EUR 4.500,00 brutto entwickeln. Ergänzt wird das Lohnpaket durch Prämien für Rufbereitschaften, Zulagen und weitere attraktive Zusatzleistungen.
