Sie wollen Ihre Expertise in einer Bildungseinrichtung in kirchlicher Trägerschaft einbringen?

Als zweitgrößter Träger von Ordens-Bildungseinrichtungen in Österreich führt der Verein für Franziskanische Bildung knapp 60 Einrichtungen für mehr als 7.000 Kinder und Jugendliche aller Altersstufen an rund 20 Standorten in Oberösterreich, Niederösterreich, der Steiermark und Salzburg. Unsere Erziehungs- und Bildungsprinzipien basieren auf der Grundlage der franziskanischen Spiritualität.

Für unsere Kinderkrippe Markt Hartmannsdorf suchen wir 1 Elementarpädagog*in ab Jänner im Ausmaß von 30 Wochenstunden als Karenzvertretung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Ihre Aufgabe ist die Führung einer Kinderkrippengruppe nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des STMK Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungsgesetzes, den kirchlichen Richtlinien und den Erkenntnissen zeitgemäßer Pädagogik (=BildungsRahmenPlan und Konzeption).

- Sie arbeiten mit den Kolleg*innen und der Leitung zusammen.

- Sie zeigen Bereitschaft zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung zeitgemäßer pädagogischer Konzepte.

Ihr Profil:

- Sie haben die Ausbildung zur*m Elementarpädagog*in abgeschlossen - Berufserfahrung von Vorteil.

- Sie begegnen Kindern verantwortungsvoll, wertschätzend und offen.

- Sie sind flexibel und arbeiten gerne im Team.

- Sie sind bereit an Fortbildungen teilzunehmen.

- Sie sind in der katholischen Kirche beheimatet und identifizieren sich sowohl mit den christlichen Grundwerten als auch mit den Zielen des VfFB.

Wir bieten Ihnen:
