Kindergarten Sindbad sucht zur Verstärkung 3 Elementarpädagog_in / Kindergartenpädagog_in

Arbeitsausmaß:

* 20- 40h/ Woche, je nach Vereinbarung, im Rahmen der Öffnungszeiten

am jeweiligen Standort (7:00- 17:00, Fr bis 16:00)

Anforderungen und Aufgaben:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (BAfEP, BAKIP, oder Gleichstellung durch Gemeinde Wien

* Deutschkenntnisse, Niveau C1

* Pädagogische Betreuung und Förderung unserer Kinder

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Eltern

* Bereitschaft zu gezielter Weiterbildung und Reflexion der eigenen Tätigkeit

* Freude an der Arbeit im Team und in der Gruppe

* Musikalität und Kreativität

Arbeitsort:

* Wien, in den Bezirken 18 und 21

Unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse unserer Kinder, als auch orientiert an den aktuellen

pädagogischen Richtlinien, bieten wir eine liebevolle Umgebung für die Entwicklung der

Kinder an.

In erster Linie ist es uns wichtig, die Entwicklung der Persönlichkeit des Kindes

zu unterstützen. Wir möchten Kindern einen individuellen Start ins Leben geben, ihnen aber

auch die Möglichkeit auf Entfaltung ihrer kulturellen Wurzeln bieten.

Unser Konzept soll den Kindern ethische Werte unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft und Religion vermitteln.

Kindern mit nicht deutscher Muttersprache wird ein Platz geboten, an dem sie die deutsche Sprache in

liebevoller, harmonischer Umgebung erlernen können.

Das Erlernen der deutschen Sprache steht bei uns daher im Mittelpunkt.

Ebenfalls ist es uns ein großes Anliegen, die Kinder in eine spirituelle Atmosphäre bei Festen und Gedenktagen einzuladen,

um ihnen so ein Gefühl für alle Religionen und somit auch von klein auf einen Einblick in die Diversität

und somit der Multikulturalität zu gewähren.

Moralische und ethische Werte werden mit Hilfe von pädagogischen Mitteln, wie beispielsweise Basteln, Gedichte,

Lieder und kleine Theaterstücke vermittelt.
