Privater Internationaler Musik-Kindergarten und Hort in der Wiener Innenstadt sucht 1 Elementarpädagog_in mit Zusatz Hort und Pädagogische Leitung Arbeitsausmaß:

* 36h/Woche,

* davon 11h Leitungstätigkeiten und

25h Kinderdienst

Anforderungen:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kindergartenpädagog_in, Elementarpädagog_in, (BAfEP, BAKIP, mit Zusatzausbildung Hort), oder

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Sozialpädagog_in

* mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, da Leitungstätigkeiten

* abgeschlossene Managementausbildung

* Deutschkenntnisse, Niveau C1- unbedingt erforderlich

* engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst

* flexibel, kreativ, pünktlich, gründlich, sowie teamfähig

* multikulturelles Verständnis

Aufgaben:

* Pädagogische Förderung und Betreuung der uns anvertrauten Kinder

* Schriftliche Planung, Dokumentation und Reflexion

* Unterstützung bei den Aufgaben, Gestalten von Festen, planen von Ausflügen,

durchführen von Bildungsangeboten in der Gruppe, ...

* administrative Tätigkeiten

* Organisation innerhalb unseres Betriebes

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Bildungsplanes

* Leitung von Teamsitzungen
