Verein zur Unterstützung berufstätiger Eltern, durch Schaffung und

Betrieb von Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen suchen wir zur Verstärkung 30 Elementarpädagog_innen

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

* abgeschlossene, anerkannte Ausbildung

(BAfEP, BAKIP, oder Kolleg für Elementarpädagogik)

* Bei Ausbildung im Ausland: Gleichstellung der Ausbildung vom Magistrat Wien und

Deutschzertifikat C1, ist für die Anstellung als Pädagog_in,

laut Wiener Kindergarten Gesetz unbedingt notwendig.

* einen respektvollen, wertschätzenden Umgang mit unseren Kindern

* eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit allen Eltern

* die Fähigkeit, in einem Team zu arbeiten

* Kreativität und Musikalität

* Kenntnisse und Achtung der Kinderrechte

Arbeitsausmaß:

* vorzugsweise Vollzeitbeschäftigung

Teilzeit nach Absprache

im Rahmen der Öffnungszeiten am jeweiligen Einsatzort

Die Arbeit des Kindergartens ist ein Beitrag zur Erziehung des Kindes

An uns liegt es, eine passende Umgebung zu schaffen:

* In der das Kind sich geborgen fühlt

* In der das Kind in seiner Individualität angenommen wird

* In der sich das Kind seinem Wesen gemäß entfalten kann

* In dem das Kind mit der Gemeinschaft in lebendigem Austausch heranreift

Aufgaben:

* Einsatz in unterschiedlichen Gruppenformen- je nach Absprache und Vereinbarung

(Kleinkindergruppe, Familiengruppe, Kindergartengruppe, oder als Springer_in)

* Schriftliche Planung, Dokumentation, Reflexion der pädagogischen Arbeit

* Umsetzung unseres pädagogischen Konzeptes

* Elternarbeit: Entwicklungsgespräche, Elternabende, uvm...

Arbeitsort:

* Wien, nach Absprache und Vereinbarung
