Wir suchen 1 Elementarpädagogen_in (Eggenberg/ Kinderkrippe Eckertstraße) Dein Beitrag bei uns

* Du gestaltest den pädagogischen Alltag kindzentriert, planst Bildungsangebote und förderst Kinder ganzheitlich (sozial, emotional, motorisch, sprachlich, kreativ)

* Du beobachtest und dokumentierst Entwicklungsprozesse (gerne digital) und nutzt die Ergebnisse, um Förderung gezielt abzuleiten

* Du pflegst eine wertschätzende Bildungspartnerschaft mit Eltern

* Du handelst verantwortungsbewusst im Rahmen von Kinderschutz, rechtlichen Vorgaben und Datenschutz und sorgst für verlässliche Abläufe

* Du arbeitest im Team eng zusammen, reflektierst pädagogische Situationen und entwickelst gemeinsame Standards weiter

* Du bringst neue Impulse aus Fortbildungen ins Team und implementierst aktuelle pädagogische Erkenntnisse im Alltag

Du bringst mit

* Abgeschlossene oder laufende Ausbildung im Bereich der Elementarpädagogik (BAfEP, Kolleg, Studium) oder

* ein abgeschlossenes pädagogisches Studium (z. B. Bildungswissenschaften, Lehramt) oder

* mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der elementaren Kinderbetreuung

* Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern und Familien

* Interesse an Fortbildung & persönlicher Weiterentwicklung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist sowie Offenheit gegenüber anderen Kulturen & Sprachen

* Motivation mit deinem Team gemeinsam qualitätsvolle Bildungsziele zu erarbeiten
