Ben jij een gedreven Functioneel Analist (FA) met kennis van de verzekeringssector? Heb je een talent voor het analyseren van complexe bedrijfsprocessen en werk je graag nauw samen met ontwikkelteams? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou om ons API-team te versterken!

Jouw rol

Als Functioneel Analist speel je een sleutelrol in het verbinden van de business met IT. Je analyseert complexe bedrijfsstromen binnen de verzekeringswereld en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke vereisten voor ons API-team. Samen met de developers werk je aan innovatieve oplossingen die onze systemen en processen versterken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Analyse & communicatie: Begrijp, analyseer en documenteer complexe bedrijfsprocessen, met een focus op de verzekeringssector.
  • API-integratie: Werk samen met het API-team om functionele vereisten te vertalen naar technische oplossingen.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Fungeer als brug tussen business en developers, waarbij je input verzamelt van interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Documentatie: Zorg voor nauwkeurige en duidelijke documentatie van functionele en technische specificaties.
  • Kwaliteitsborging: Valideer opgeleverde oplossingen en ondersteun bij de testing-fase.
  • Optimalisatie: Identificeer mogelijkheden voor procesverbeteringen en zorg dat deze binnen de organisatie worden geïmplementeerd.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring heeft als Functioneel Analist, bij voorkeur binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Begrip heeft van complexe bedrijfsstromen en ervaring met het modelleren van processen (bijv. BPMN, UML).
  • Ervaring heeft met API's en het vertalen van functionele behoeften naar technische oplossingen.
  • Communicatief sterk is in zowel het Engels als Nederlands of Frans.
  • Goed kan samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams en technische concepten toegankelijk kan maken voor niet-technische stakeholders.
  • Kennis heeft van agile werkmethodieken zoals Scrum of Kanban. Analytisch, proactief en resultaatgericht is.
