Terwijl de eerste cliënten rustig aan de ontbijttafel plaatsnemen, help jij een bewoner met de laatste handelingen van de ochtendzorg. Geen haast, geen vaste routine die voor iedereen hetzelfde is. Jij weet dat iedere cliënt zijn eigen tempo heeft. Juist daar neem jij de tijd voor. Voor een woonlocatie in de regio Groningen zoeken wij een EMB Verpleegkundige Gehandicaptenzorg. Iemand die verpleegkundige kennis combineert met aandacht, geduld en oog voor de kleine signalen. Want cliënten met een ernstige meervoudige beperking vertellen niet altijd met woorden hoe het met ze gaat. Jij leert hen kennen en weet vaak al genoeg aan een blik, een houding of een kleine verandering in gedrag. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken op een woonlocatie binnen de gehandicaptenzorg in de regio Groningen. Hier wonen cliënten met een ernstige meervoudige beperking die intensieve begeleiding en verpleegkundige zorg nodig hebben. Iedere cliënt heeft een eigen ondersteuningsvraag. Samen met begeleiders, behandelaren en familie zorg je voor een veilige en vertrouwde woonomgeving waarin cliënten zich prettig voelen. Wat ga je doen? Als EMB-verpleegkundige binnen de gehandicaptenzorg bied je intensieve begeleiding en verpleegkundige zorg aan cliënten met een ernstig meervoudige beperking. Je ondersteunt cliënten tijdens hun dagelijkse verzorging en bent verantwoordelijk voor verpleegtechnische handelingen waar nodig. Je helpt bij ADL-zorg, ondersteunt bij eet- en drinkmomenten en werkt met hulpmiddelen zoals tilliften. Daarnaast observeer je cliënten nauwkeurig en speel je direct in op veranderingen in gedrag, spanning of gezondheid. Ook handelingen zoals sondevoeding, epilepsiezorg en medische controles kunnen onderdeel zijn van jouw werkdag. Je werkt met cliënten die volledig afhankelijk zijn van begeleiding en...
