Wir suchen 1 EMC Engineer (w/m/d) Deine Mission

Du willst die Zukunft der Elektromobilität aktiv mitgestalten und bringst Leidenschaft für elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit mit? Dann werde Teil unserer Vision, Matrix Charging® als globalen Standard zu etablieren - und sorge dafür, dass unsere Technologie nicht nur innovativ, sondern auch robust und normkonform ist.

Was dich erwartet

* Verantwortung für die EMV-gerechte Entwicklung unseres automatisierten konduktiven Ladesystems

* Planung, Durchführung und Bewertung von EMV-Tests (Pre-Compliance & Abnahme)

* Analyse von Störmechanismen (z. B. Gleichtakt- und Gegentaktstörungen) und Ableitung effektiver Gegenmaßnahmen

* Entwicklung von Schirmungs-, Filter- und Layoutkonzepten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware-, Software- und Systemteams

* Abstimmung mit externen Prüflaboren und OEMs

* Anwendung und Interpretation relevanter Normen und Anforderungen

* Aktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Verbesserung von Design- und Entwicklungsprozessen

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Telematik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich EMV/EMC

* Fundiertes Know-how in Störaussendung und Störfestigkeit

* Erfahrung mit EMV-Messmethoden und -Equipment (z. B. Spektrumanalysator, LISN, Antennen, Stromzangen)

* Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten EMV-Normen (IEC, CISPR)

* Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld (z. B. HV-Systeme, Ladeinfrastruktur, OEM-Anforderungen) von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im PCB-Design sind ein Plus

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen

* Teamgeist und klare Kommunikation
