The posting

Als centraal aanspreekpunt voor onze leaseklanten binnen het team ben je verantwoordelijke voor de vlekkeloze verwerking en administratieve opvolging van het dossier vanaf aanvraag tot activatie van de laadoplossing. Je bewaakt het proces en zorgt ervoor dat elke installatie succesvol wordt afgerond. Daarbij houd je nauw contact met zowel de klant als de installateurs, zodat alles soepel en duidelijk verloopt.

Takenpakket

  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze leaseklanten op het gebied van laadstations en laadkaarten.
  • Professioneel en efficiënt afhandelen van aanvragen, surveys, offertes en bestellingen, via telefoon en e-mail
  • Overzien van planningen en deadlines om het volledige traject van aanvraag tot installatie soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Samen met partners meet je proactief klanttevredenheid, spoor je issues op en bied je effectieve oplossingen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties en het versterken van onze service.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van onze leasemaatschappijen om de professionele dienstverlening te waarborgen.

Jijzelf in een notendop

  • Een passie voor de wereld van eMobility en de wil om deel uit te maken van de elektrische transitie.
  • Enige technische kennis van laadsystemen is een pluspunt.
  • Klantgericht met de drive om elk dossier tot een succesvol einde te brengen.
  • Resultaatgericht met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail, met een professionele en klantvriendelijke aanpak.
