Die Wohnungen in der Lederergasse befinden sich in einer ruhigen Mehrparteien-Siedlung am Rande des Zentrums von Gallneukirchen, umgeben von viel Grünflächen und einem Nebenausläufer der Gusen. Ein zehnköpfiges Mitarbeiter:innen-Team begleitet 13 Menschen mit Behinderungen in ihrem Zuhause.

Wir suchen eine/n 1 Empathische_r Behindertenbetreuer_in Wohnen Lederergasse, 4210 Gallneukirchen

Teilzeit, 15-19 Wochenstunden

Deine Aufgaben

* Menschen mit Behinderung auf ihrem Weg zu einem selbstbestimmten Leben begleiten und unterstützen.

* Den gemeinsamen Wohnalltag aktiv mitgestalten, von der Haushaltsführung bis zu Freizeitaktivitäten.

* Du arbeitest wohnungsübergreifend in einem eingespielten und verlässlichen Team.

* Da einige Bewohner:innen berufstätig sind, liegen die Dienstzeiten überwiegend am Nachmittag und Abend.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer:in Behindertenbegleitung oder Behindertenarbeit, Pflegeassistent: in, etc.

* Empathie und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen

* Gute Beobachtungsgabe und Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse

* Verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Gültiger Erste-Hilfe-Nachweis
