Gestión integral, organización y mantenimiento de un hogar familiar numeroso en régimen de interna. El puesto requiere la ejecución de tareas domésticas ordinarias junto con competencias técnicas especializadas vinculadas al proyecto pedagógico, nutricional y medioambiental de la familia:

  1. GESTIÓN DOMÉSTICA Y MANTENIMIENTO: Limpieza general, profunda y desinfección de todas las estancias de la vivienda. Gestión completa del cuidado textil del hogar: lavado, tendido, planchado y orden de la ropa de toda la familia, con especial atención a vestuario infantil. Organización de la despensa, planificación de necesidades de compra y control de stock de productos de limpieza.
  2. CUIDADO Y ESTIMULACIÓN INFANTIL MULTICULTURAL: Asistencia y supervisión diaria de tres menores de cuatro años. Apoyo en sus rutinas de higiene, vestido, preparación de alimentos infantiles y orden de las zonas de juego. Aplicación de técnicas de estimulación temprana e inmersión lingüística en Quichua norteño (variante ecuatoriana). Desarrollo cognitivo infantil mediante pedagogía musical andina (sanjuanitos, pasillos) y narración oral de cuentos tradicionales.
  3. GASTRONOMÍA DE ORIGEN: Planificación y elaboración de menús diarios basados en técnicas de la gastronomía ecuatoriana. Se requiere dominio de la cocina manabita, con manejo técnico de masas de plátano verde y texturas de maní en cocciones largas, así como maestría en el uso culinario de envolturas vegetales en hojas de bijao o achira.
