Deine Aufgaben

* Leitung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Front Office- & Bellmen Teams

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen Urlaubsgäste

* Förderung der Gästezufriedenheit durch aktive und präsente Pflege des Gästekontakts

* Aktive Mitarbeit am Front Office mit Check In und Check Out unserer Gäste

* Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufes

* Schnittstelle zu den Front of House Abteilungen sowie Marketing mit einer internen Kommunikation über hotelkit

* Verantwortlich für korrekte Abrechnungen sowie Kassenbestand

* Professioneller Umgang im Beschwerdemanagement

* Kontrolle der Umsatzberichte, Paymaster und Debitoren

* Überwachung und Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards im Hotel

* Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten gegenüber unseren Gästen

* Kooridnierte Dienstplanung sowie Aus- und Weiterbildungen der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

* Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern in der Abteilung

* Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten

Dein Profil

* Du bist dir deiner Rolle als "erster und letzter Eindruck" bei unseren Gäste bewusst

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption in der internationalen 5* Hotellerie

* Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit in den Beziehungen zu unseren Gästen

* Freude an der Hotellerie und am Umgang mit unseren Gästen

* Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein charmantes, freundliches Auftreten

* Herzlicher & authentischer, dienstleistungsorientierter Service

* Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Teamfähigkeit und Genauigkeit, idealerweise bringst du erste Führungserfahrung mit

* Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Empathie

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Opera Cloud)

* Erfahrung mit Yield-Management von Vorteil
