* Entgegennahme und Vermittlung von Telefongesprächen einschließlich Aufnahme und Weiterleitung von Nachrichten bzw. Rückrufwünschen

* Auftrags- und Reklamationsmanagement

* Vorbereitung, Verwaltung und Koordination der Meetings

* Kundenempfang und Hospitality

* Unterstützung der Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

* Schriftverkehr, Berichtswesen und Office-Management

Dein Profil

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Freundliches, lösungsorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten sowohl am Telefon als auch in Person als "Visitenkarte" für das Unternehmen

* Hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie Organisations- und Koordinationskompetenz

* Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere für Gespräche am Telefon und mit Gästen

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hoher Qualitäts- und Leistungsanspruch

* Sehr gute MS Office- und IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Word, Excel und Teams

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre oder Matura)

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Verlässlichkeit und Organisationstalent

Gehalt

Für diese Stelle wird ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt ab € 2.400,- brutto pro Monat Vollzeit (38,5h) angesetzt. Die tatsächliche Vergütung ist abhängig von Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung.
