Qualifikationen:

º Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

º sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

º englisch Kenntnisse

º einwandfreier Leumund

º Erfahrung im Empfangsbereich von Vorteil

º Ersthelfer und Brandschutzwart von Vorteil

Aufgabengebiet:

º professionelle Repräsentation am Empfang/Telefonzentrale

º allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung

º Überwachung von Videoanlagen

º Personenkontrolle

º System und Datenpflege

ARBEITSZEITEN: 24 - 40 Wochenstunden nach Absprache

* Montag bis Sonntag 08.00 bis 20.00 oder Montag bis Freitag 07.30 bis 14.00 je nach Vereinbarung
