Ihr Profil

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Büro- oder Verwaltungsbereich

* flexible Verfügbarkeit (MO-FR zwischen 09:00 und 21:00 Uhr sowie Bereitschaft für Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste, bis zu 3 Wochenenden/Monat)

* sehr gute MS-Office- und EDV-Kenntnisse

* sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* freundliches, gästeorientiertes Auftreten

* selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

Ihre Aufgaben

* Bearbeitung und Koordination von Reservierungsanfragen

* Planung von Großgruppenreservierungen

* Empfang, Betreuung und Verabschiedung der Gäste

* telefonische und schriftliche Gästekorrespondenz

* allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten in der Gästeinformation

* Unterstützung im Beschwerdemanagement

* enge Zusammenarbeit mit Restaurant- und Küchenleitung
