Asesoría de empresas precisa incorporar un/a Auxiliar Administrativo/a de Contabilidad para realizar tareas de apoyo en la gestión administrativa, contable y documental de una cartera de clientes. FUNCIONES: -Registro y contabilización de facturas de compras, ventas y gastos. -Introducción de asientos contables y mantenimiento de registros contables. -Archivo y organización de documentación administrativa y contable. -Conciliación bancaria y control de movimientos financieros. -Gestión y seguimiento de cobros y pagos. -Atención telefónica y gestión del correo electrónico. -Apoyo administrativo en materia fiscal y laboral. -Elaboración de listados, informes y documentación administrativa. REQUISITOS: -Estar inscrito/a y desempleado/a como demandante de empleo -Hasta 29 años (incluido) -Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas o grado Medio en la misma rama. -Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad. -Manejo de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y Outlook). -Capacidad de organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle. -Habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes. Se valorará -Experiencia previa en asesorías, gestorías o departamentos de administración. -Conocimientos de programas de gestión contable (A3, Sage, Contaplus o similares).
