Pour l’un de nos clients, un garage automobile multimarques situé à Ruisbroek (Sint-Pieters-Leeuw), QJobs recherche un(e) Employé(e) administratif(ve) & gestionnaire de stock parlant couramment français et portugais.

Vous rejoignez une entreprise familiale en plein développement et occupez une fonction polyvalente au cœur de l’organisation du garage.

Vos tâches

En collaboration directe avec la responsable administrative et l’équipe de l’atelier, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

Gérer le stock de pièces automobiles et assurer son organisation ;

Contrôler les entrées et sorties de pièces ;

Identifier les besoins de l’atelier et préparer les commandes nécessaires ;

Passer et assurer le suivi des commandes auprès des fournisseurs ;

Réceptionner et contrôler les pièces livrées ;

Assurer le suivi des e-mails et différentes tâches administratives ;

Répondre aux demandes des clients et assurer leur suivi ;

Faire le lien entre le back-office et l’équipe technique ;

Maintenir une bonne organisation administrative et logistique du garage ;

Apporter un soutien polyvalent à la responsable dans la gestion quotidienne de l’activité.

Votre profil

Vous parlez couramment français et portugais ;

Vous êtes à l’aise aussi bien avec l’administratif qu’avec la gestion pratique d’un stock ;

Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et débrouillard(e) ;

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants et êtes à l’aise avec les e-mails ;

Vous avez un bon contact client et une bonne communication ;

Vous savez travailler de manière autonome et prendre des initiatives ;

Une connaissance des pièces automobiles, de la mécanique ou du secteur automobile constitue un réel atout ;

Vous recherchez une fonction stable dans laquelle vous pourrez vous investir sur le long terme.
