The posting

En tant que collaborateur du magasin technique, vous êtes responsable de l'enregistrement

et de l'annulation corrects des pièces de rechange et des consommables liés à la technique.

Vous veillez à ce que le magasin soit toujours impeccable et que les différentes pièces

soient stockées à un endroit réfléchi. En concertation avec votre supérieur direct et le

responsable technique, vous visez une gestion de stock optimale. La création et le suivi

des commandes font également partie de vos tâches quotidiennes.

Responsabilités principales:

? Gérer les activités quotidiennes du magasin technique

? Enregistrer correctement les consommables et les pièces de rechange

? Rédiger et traiter les commandes ainsi que la documentation technique

? Optimiser l'organisation du magasin et la stratégie de gestion des stocks

? Respecter les procédures internes, les règles de sécurité et les normes GMP

? Faire rapport au Technical Service Manager et collaborer avec le responsable du

magasin

? Proposer des améliorations techniques et explorer des initiatives d'efficacitéven Expérience dans un environnement technique ou industriel

Solide compréhension technique et analytique

Connaissance de Maximo, SAP, Coupa, Excel, Word et des applications Google

Excellente capacité à travailler de manière précise et structurée

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à communiquer aisément au sein

d'une équipe

Expérience en gestion de stock et avec des systèmes GMAO

Bonne maîtrise du néerlandais, français et anglais (oral et écrit)

Certificat pour transpalette électrique et chariot élévateur
