Pour KBC, Konvert Anvers recherche un collaborateur pour son service d'assistance, doté de quelques connaissances techniques et parlant couramment le français.

Vous serez le premier interlocuteur pour les appels entrants concernant les services bancaires en ligne – qu'il s'agisse de particuliers, de clients professionnels ou de collègues de KBC.

Concrètement, vous apportez votre aide pour :

  • L'installation, la configuration et l'utilisation des produits KBC sur un ordinateur portable, une tablette ou un smartphone
  • L'assistance de première ligne en cas de phishing et de fraude en ligne
  • Le transfert des questions ou des réclamations plus complexes vers un collègue expérimenté

Vous parlez parfaitement le français.

Vous aimez aider les autres et vous trouvez votre motivation dans la résolution de problèmes.

Vous maîtrisez l'informatique et, de préférence, vous avez une certaine expérience dans un secteur technique.
