En tant qu'employé(e) administratif(ve) comptable, vous êtes chargé(e) de soutenir l'administration financière de notre entreprise. Votre rôle est crucial, car vous gérez avec soin les données financières et garantissez un retour efficace à nos clients.

Dans votre fonction, vous maintenez des communications téléphoniques et écrites avec nos clients tout au long de ce processus.

Vous apportez également votre aide à votre responsable lors des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles. Votre attention à la précision permet d'assurer une saisie correcte des informations dans notre système, ce qui est essentiel pour un bilan financier fiable.

En plus de ces responsabilités spécifiques, vous fournirez un soutien administratif général à l'équipe financière, incluant la tenue des registres, l'organisation des archives et l'assistance pour des tâches administratives ponctuelles.

Vous intégrerez notre équipe Finance et reporterez directement à votre responsable.

Que recherchons-nous ?

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne enthousiaste, animée par un désir d'apprendre et prête à se retrousser les manches.

Bonne maîtrise du néerlandais.

En tant que diplômé(e) motivé(e), vous manifestez un intérêt pour la comptabilité et êtes ouvert(e) à suivre des formations complémentaires.

Une première expérience en soutien au sein d'une équipe financière serait un atout appréciable.

Une maîtrise solide de MS Office 365 est indispensable.

Vous vous démarquez par votre attention aux détails, votre esprit proactif, et votre capacité à organiser votre travail de manière structurée.

En plus d'une maîtrise courante du français, vous êtes capable de communiquer en néerlandais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Vous travaillerez du lundi au vendredi, vous pouvez commencer entre 7.30 et 9h pour un total de 37 heures par semaine. Vous bénéficierez de 20 jours de congé à planifier selon vos besoins. En plus de vos congés légaux, vous profiterez de 2 JOURS de RTT payés et 1 JOUR de culturel.

Votre salaire sera en adéquation avec votre expérience. Notre bureau de Anderlecht est facilement accessible en voiture, en transport en commun où en vélo.

Vous bénéficierez de chèques repas ainsi que d'une assurance hospitalistaion. Un jour de télétravail sera accordé après 6 mois.
