Konvert Liège recherche un(e) Employé(e) Logistique pour renforcer les équipes opérationnelles d'un acteur majeur du secteur logistique.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et appréciez le suivi administratif ainsi que le travail en lien avec les opérations de terrain ? Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique où chaque journée est différente ? Cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Votre fonction

En tant qu'Employé(e) Logistique, vous assurez le suivi et le contrôle des opérations liées au transport et à la gestion des flux logistiques. Vous veillez à la traçabilité des colis, au traitement des anomalies et au bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.

Contrôle et suivi des flux logistiques

  • Vérifier la bonne utilisation des PDA par les relais et les transporteurs ;
  • Contrôler les synchronisations des outils et signaler les anomalies ;
  • Assurer le suivi des retours de tournées ;
  • Relancer les différents intervenants en cas d'anomalie ou d'information manquante.

Gestion des anomalies

  • Participer à l'analyse des avaries et colis non identifiés ;
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers en attente et leur résolution dans les délais ;
  • Contrôler la conformité des bordereaux et des livraisons ;
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des informations traitées.

Communication et reporting

  • Transmettre les informations aux responsables d'exploitation ;
  • Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance ;
  • Assurer un reporting précis des anomalies et actions correctives mises en place.

Support aux opérations

  • Participer aux opérations de tri lorsque nécessaire ;
  • Veiller au respect des procédures logistiques ;
  • Contrôler le bon transfert des responsabilités entre les différents intervenants de la chaîne logistique.

Vous disposez idéalement d'un diplôme de niveau secondaire supérieur ou d'un Bac à orientation logistique ;

Vous possédez une première expérience dans le secteur de la logistique, du transport ou de l'exploitation ;

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et le Pack Office ;

Une connaissance des systèmes PDA ou d'outils de suivi logistique constitue un atout ;

Vous êtes organisé(e), méthodique et capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément ;

Vous possédez un bon esprit d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et la communication avec différents interlocuteurs.
