En tant qu’agent de lutte et de prévention contre les nuisibles, vous assurez un service d'une qualité irréprochable auprès de vos clients. Pour ce faire, vous intervenez afin de prévenir et d’éliminer les nuisibles de la manière la plus efficace et la plus respectueuse du client. Vous documentez et rapportez ensuite vos interventions avec rigueur au sein de l’entreprise.

  • Sur base de votre planning journalier, vous rendez visite à vos clients. Dans ce cadre, vous organisez votre temps de la manière la plus efficace possible, en concertation avec le client et votre collègue chargé de la planification.
  • Vous êtes toujours à l’écoute du client. Vous analysez la situation et prenez les mesures adéquates pour prévenir et éliminer les nuisibles.
  • Vous réalisez des plans, inspectez les différents locaux, contrôlez les appâts installés, etc.
  • Lorsque cela est nécessaire, vous collaborez avec vos collègues et transmettez également les informations commerciales utiles à l’équipe de vente.
  • Après chaque visite, vous rédigez un rapport des actions menées et faites le point avec le client sur la situation.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelor en agrobiotechnologie, en soins animaliers ou en agriculture, ou vous avez développé une affinité avec les animaux par une autre voie et souhaitez approfondir vos connaissances dans ce domaine.
  • Vous êtes en possession du permis B.
  • Grâce à votre approche orientée client et votre sens du service, vous établissez facilement un bon contact avec chacun. Vous soignez également votre présentation.
  • Vous êtes un excellent communicateur.
  • Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais et le français.
