In Nederland doen we dat vanuit onze locaties in Oostrum en Venlo, waar samenwerking, eigenaarschap en continue verbetering centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als CFT Employee ben je jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat orders correct worden verwerkt, klantvragen snel worden beantwoord en logistieke processen naadloos verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit het Warehouse, Transport en Quality en rapporteert aan de Sr. Office Manager. In deze rol krijg je de kans om verschil te maken binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Een werkdag bestaat uit: - Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor onze klant en onderhouden van een sterke klantrelatie. - Verwerken, monitoren en opvolgen van klantorders gedurende de volledige ordercyclus. - Coördineren van orderwijzigingen, spoedverzoeken en escalaties. - Samenwerken met Warehouse, Transport en Quality om klantafspraken waar te maken. - Analyseren en oplossen van leverings-, kwaliteits- en supply chain-vraagstukken. - Monitoren van klantgerichte KPI's zoals On-Time Shipment (OTS), Dock-to-Stock (DTS), responstijden en klanttevredenheid. - Opstellen van rapportages en ondersteunen van klantreviews en verbeterinitiatieven.
