Jij zorgt ervoor dat de goederen van de klant op tijd in ons warehouse aankomen en weer vertrekken. Je wordt onderdeel van een team voor onze huidige of onze nieuwe klant. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Account Manager. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via e-mail, telefoon, chat en andere communicatiekanalen; - Je levert uitstekende klantenservice door accurate, volledige en tijdig informatie te verstrekken; - Beheer van klantorders, retouren, replacements, klachten, klantfeedback en accountvragen; - Monitoren van klantfeedback en identificeren van terugkerende problemen; - Volg klantverzoeken op met betrekking tot urgente orders, werkorders en andere kwesties; - Ondersteun procesverbeteringen die de klantervaring verbeteren; - Beheer en prioriteer de dagelijkse workload om service level agreements te halen of te overtreffen; - Monitor de voortgang van je eigen afdeling en van het warehouse; - Werk nauw samen met andere afdelingen; - Monitor de KPI's en identificeer tijdig afwijkingen; - Neem deel aan dagelijkse en wekelijkse interne en externe voortgangsvergaderingen; - Stel diverse rapportages op; - Breng veelvoorkomende problemen in kaart, los deze op en denk mee over procesoptimalisatie; - Houd werkinstructies up-to-date Wat heb je nodig? - Opleiding en/of ervaring gelijkwaardig aan MBO+ niveau; - Ervaring in een internationale Customer Service omgeving is een vereiste; - Administratieve vaardigheden; - Ervaring met WMS/ERP-systemen en zeer goede kennis van MS Office; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels; - Fle...
