Als Employer Branding Specialist ben jij diegene die onze klanten helpt bij het opstellen van een onderscheidende werkgeversbelofte en boodschap. Passend bij de organisatie en naadloos aansluitend op de huidige arbeidsmarkt. Hoe je tot zo'n positionering komt? Door de klant en het speelveld waar deze zich bevindt goed te leren kennen. Jij brengt door middel van deskresearch de concurrenten in kaart en voert gesprekken met medewerkers door alle lagen van de organisatie. De frequentie en manier waarop het werkgeversmerk tot uiting moet worden gebracht? Als Employer Branding Specialist is het jouw taak om hierover te adviseren. Wordt jouw advies overgenomen, dan ben jij ook diegene die verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering van A tot Z. Van strategie tot content ontwikkeling - jij doet het allemaal. Maar natuurlijk niet alleen. Om jouw project tot een succes te brengen, werk je nauw samen met onze UX-designers, campagne managers en soms met externe partijen zoals een filmproductiebedrijf of animatiestudio.
