Idée 53 recherche un·e encadrant·e polyvalent·e pour accompagner les travailleurs en insertion dans leurs activités de cuisine, de salle et d'administration. Vous les aidez à apprendre les gestes professionnels, à organiser leur travail et à gagner en autonomie.

Tâches en tant qu'Encadrant·e :

En concertation avec le responsable de projet :

  • Participe à la formation et à l'accompagnement des travailleurs en insertion dans l'acquisition des savoir-faire et savoir-être professionnels de commis de cuisine et de salle ;
  • En collaboration avec le responsable de projet, soigne les relations clients et assure le suivi des services internes et externes ;
  • Participe à l'analyse des commandes, examine les offres et participe à la négociation afin que le service traiteur fonctionne correctement ;
  • Participe à l'analyse des coûts de production du restaurant et du service traiteur ;
  • Apporte ponctuellement un soutien pratique en cuisine ou lors des prestations lorsque l'activité le nécessite.
  • Assure la qualité de la production et du service ainsi que le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP) ;
  • Forme et encadre les travailleurs en insertions durant les services en salle et les services traiteurs extérieurs ;
  • Adapte la pédagogie aux besoins et au niveau du public cible et favorise progressivement son autonomie ;
  • Participe au suivi du public cible et au recrutement : à l'accueil, aux évaluations, aux présences, à l'accompagnement et l'insertion socioprofessionnelle ;
  • Anime, motive et responsabilise l'équipe ;
  • Participe à l'organisation de la production, à la gestion des stocks et aux commandes ;
  • Participe au suivi des activités et aux tâches administratives liées au fonctionnement du service.

Profil souhaité :

  • minimum 3 années d'expérience en secteur HORECA ;
  • à l'aise avec les tâches administratives et les outils informatiques ;
  • organisé.e et capable de suivre plusieurs dossiers ;
  • ayant un bon contact avec les clients ;
  • appréciant le travail en équipe et l'accompagnement de travailleurs adultes en insertion ;
  • capable d'expliquer, d'accompagner et d'encourager ;
  • ayant une connaissance de base de la cuisine, de la restauration ou du secteur Horeca ;
  • prêt.e à accompagner les travailleurs sur le terrain et à apporter un soutien en cuisine ;
  • autonome, fiable et attentif.ve à la qualité du travail ;
  • capable de s'adapter aux besoins d'une petite équipe et à des activités variées.

Compétences, connaissances et savoir-faire :

  • Bonne connaissance des métiers de l'Horeca et de ses évolutions ;
  • Compétences en gestion d'équipe, relation client, négociation et gestion des conflits ;
  • Initié.e à la gestion des coûts de production ;
  • Capacité à organiser et planifier la production ;
  • Maîtrise du français oral et écrit ;
  • Connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais constitue un atout ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de Word, Excel et Outlook.

Conditions :

  • Niveau d'étude CESS ou expérience équivalent (Expérience 3 ans) ;
  • Engagement au 01 janvier 2027 ;
  • CDD/mi-temps - objectif CDI ;
  • Prestations journalières entre 08h30 et 17h00 (à convenir) ;
  • Travail occasionnel en soirée et le samedi ;
  • Rémunération : suivant barème CP 329.02 ISP bruxellois ;
  • Prime de fin d'année, jours de congé supplémentaires, chèques-repas.
