fh. SRQ144938 Je gaat aan de slag als endoscopie verpleegkundige binnen een dynamische MDL-omgeving. In deze rol ondersteun je diagnostische en therapeutische onderzoeken en behandelingen en heb je continu oog voor de patiënt. Je werkt nauw samen met de MDL-arts en je collega-verpleegkundigen in en rond de scopiekamer. Je krijgt een afwisselende opdracht waarin zowel technische handelingen als patiëntbegeleiding centraal staan. Wat ga je doen - Je assisteert de MDL-arts bij gastro-enterologische therapeutische onderzoeken en behandelingen. - Je verleent assistentie bij complexere interventiescopieën, zoals het verwijderen van grote poliepen in de darm, een vroegcarcinoom in de maag of dysplasie in de slokdarm. - Je begeleidt diagnostische onderzoeken en hebt aandacht voor goede patiëntenzorg. - Je verzorgt het instrumentarium en de medische apparatuur die voor de scopie nodig zijn. - Je denkt mee bij het instrumenteren en ondersteunt de arts tijdens procedures als extra ogen en handen. - Je voert functieonderzoeken uit, zoals manometriën, pH-metingen en videocapsuleonderzoeken. - Je verzorgt verpleegkundige intakes en voert deze na verdere ervaring zelfstandig uit onder supervisie van een MDL-arts. - Je werkt samen met collega-verpleegkundigen en MDL-artsen in een hecht team. - Je draait na de eerste maanden ook diensten doordeweeks en in de weekenden. Over jou - Je bent een ervaren endoscopie verpleegkundige. - Je werkt zorgvuldig en houdt overzicht tijdens complexe onderzoeken en behandelingen. - Je combineert technische vaardigheid met aandacht voor de patiënt. - Je vindt het prettig om samen te werken in een team en actief mee te denken tijdens procedures. - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 uur per week en inzetbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag. - Je hebt ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied, met eventueel doorgroeimogelijkheden richting regieverpleegkundige endoscopie.
