- Locatie West, Oost - Eindejaarsuitkering van ruim 8% Als verpleegkundig endoscopist voer je zelfstandig diagnostische en therapeutische endoscopieën uit, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, collega-verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals. Ook begeleid en informeer je patiënten vóór, tijdens en na het onderzoek. Naast je rol als verpleegkundig endoscopist vervul je ook taken als endoscopieverpleegkundige. - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van colonoscopieën - Begeleiden en informeren van patiënten en hun naasten - Leveren van nazorg en bespreken van onderzoeksresultaten - Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen en kwaliteit van zorg - Assisteren van medisch specialisten tijdens endoscopieën Je werkt binnen reguliere werktijden (08:00 - 17:30 uur) en neemt deel aan bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Dit neem jij mee naar OLVG We verleggen de bekende weg als het bijdraagt aan het resultaat, en bedenken het liefst hoe het nóg beter kan. Daarom rekenen we op jouw zelfstandige en proactieve houding. Je vindt het leuk om jouw rol eigenhandig vorm te geven en kunt goed buiten de gebaande paden denken. Klinisch redeneren gaat je goed af en je beschikt over uitstekende technische vaardigheden. - Ben je gediplomeerd verpleegkundig endoscopist - Heb je bij voorkeur werkervaring als verpleegkundig endoscopist en/of endoscopieverpleegkundige Het team endoscopie maakt bij OLVG deel uit van de Resultaat Verantwoordelijke Eenheid (RVE) Maag- darm- leverziekten. De endoscopieafdeling van OLVG heeft op beide locaties Oost en West een Endoscopieafdeling voor zowel MDL- als longonderzoeken. Ook is de afdeling gestart met het opleiden van een verpleegkundig endoscopist, hiervoor wordt jouw input hoog gewaardeerd. Op beide locaties is een dagbehandeling waar de Infusietherapie voor MDL-patiënten wordt gegeven en waar een uitslaapfunctie is voor de overige patiënten. De verpleegkundig endoscopist i.o....
