BlueTrail Endpoints Developer Utrecht 36u p/w HBO Functieomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij productielijn Werkplekken en Printers in Odijk, dit is onderdeel van het cluster Endpoints binnen de sector InfraBedrijf. Het cluster Endpoints is verantwoordelijk voor de innovatie, inrichten en levering van de werkplek. Hiervoor werkt zij nauw samen met andere sectoren zoals Hosting, Netwerken en Support. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de vernieuwing van de werkplekken. Je werkt in een Agile scrum team, we werken dus veel samen, maar zijn ook individueel sterk. We houden van een informele werksfeer. De veelzijdigheid binnen de organisatie is enorm. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd? Eisen voor de opdracht - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar hbo-werk- en denkniveau in ICT of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring bij een vergelijkbare, grote organisatie. - Je hebt diepgaande kennis van en ruime ervaring met Windows 11, printing, PowerShell, Intune, MCM en netwerken binnen zeer grote organisaties. - Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen en beheren van endpoints in grootschalige IT-omgevingen. Je bent een ervaren endpoint developer en geen allround systeembeheerder. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je kunt de huidige Windows-werkplek continu ontwikkelen en verbeteren. - Je kunt incidenten afhandelen en changes uitvoeren. - Je kunt acceptatietesten ontwikkelen en uitvoeren. - Je kunt infrastructurele standaarden toepassen en toezien op de handhaving ervan. - Je kunt gebruiksprocedures en documentatie opstellen. - Je kunt vraagstukken op de tweede en derde lijn oplossen. - Je kunt adviseren bij projecten op het gebied van ontwerp, infrastructuur en ontwikkeling. - Je bent bereid een screening te doorlopen en deze met goed resultaat af te ronden. - Je kunt werkzaamheden vanuit huis uitsluitend vanuit Nederland uitvoeren.
