Met een team van 60 collega's wordt er dagelijks gewerkt aan een comfortabele leefomgeving en werkplek voor cliënten en collega's. De afdeling Huisvesting werkt vanuit de centrumlocatie aan de Bredaseweg in Tilburg. Uiteraard zijn er ook voldoende stilteplekken en vergaderkamers om je even terug te trekken. De sfeer is Brabants gezellig. En aangezien je op een prachtig park werkt, is een rondje wandelen met bijvoorbeeld een van de cliënten ook altijd een goed idee! Functieomschrijving Als Energiecoördinator ben jij dé specialist op het gebied van energiebeheer en energiemonitoring binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat energieverbruik, energiekosten en energiedata inzichtelijk zijn en signaleert kansen om efficiënter en duurzamer met energie om te gaan. Je vervult een belangrijke rol tussen de zorg, huisvesting, leveranciers en externe partners. Jouw rol is zowel analytisch als coördinerend, waarbij je direct bijdraagt aan een duurzame en betaalbare huisvesting. Daarbij lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verduurzaming van onze vastgoedportefeuille, in lijn met de doelstellingen uit het Klimaatakkoord van Parijs en de Green Deal Duurzame Zorg. Je ondersteunt de organisatie bij de overgang naar klimaat-neutrale en aardgasvrije huisvesting richting 2050. Concreet betekent dit: - Je beheert en monitort het energieverbruik van onze vastgoedportefeuille en analyseert afwijkingen, trends en besparingsmogelijkheden. - Je verzorgt de energieadministratie en controleert energiefacturen, aansluitingen en verbr...
