Bij Eetcafé De Bonte Haas zoeken we een energieke en gemotiveerde leidinggevende die ons team laat groeien en weet hoe we elke dag er weer een topdag van maken. Wat is gewenst? - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de horeca is een pré - Een afgeronde horecaopleiding en een certificaat Sociale Hygiëne Waar ben jij goed in? Jij hebt een passie voor horeca en weet hoe je een team samenbrengt en motiveert. Met jouw coachende aanpak zorg je voor een fijne samenwerking en een gastvrije sfeer. Want je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en weet precies hoe je ze in de watten legt. Je houdt van de dynamiek in de horeca en schakelt moeiteloos tussen drukke tafels, bestellingen en je collega's. Je denkt in oplossingen, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Wat ga jij doen? - Het dagelijks aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van het team - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een uitstekende gastbeleving - De rechterhand zijn van de directie - Nieuwe collega's aannemen en inwerken - Roosters opstellen en afstemmen met het team - Toezien op naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften - Voorraadbeheer en bestellingen verzorgen - Meedenken over optimalisatie van werkprocessen - Samen met je collega's zorgen voor een soepel draaiende zaak Wanneer kan ik beginnen?
