Energiemanager / contactmanager Wil jij techniek, data en duurzaamheid combineren en écht invloed hebben op de energieprestaties van gebouwen? In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat installaties slimmer, energiezuiniger en efficiënter functioneren. Installatietechniek Omgeving Oss 35 tot €5.000 Functieomschrijving Als energiemanager / contractbeheerder energie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, energieprestaties en de klant. Je beheert verschillende klantcontracten en onderzoekt hoe gebouwen en gebouwgebonden installaties slimmer en energiezuiniger kunnen functioneren. Je analyseert energieverbruik en technische data, maar bent ook regelmatig op locatie om te beoordelen hoe installaties daadwerkelijk functioneren. Daarbij kijk je onder andere naar HVAC-installaties, gebouwbeheersystemen (GBS/BMS), regeltechniek, setpoints, tijdprogramma's en trendgegevens. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren van klantcontracten en bewaken van afspraken, prestaties, planning, kosten en opbrengsten. - Analyseren van energieverbruik en prestaties van gebouwgebonden installaties. - Beoordelen en optimaliseren van HVAC-installaties, GBS/BMS en regeltechnische installaties. - Bezoeken van klantlocaties en onderzoeken waar technische optimalisaties mogelijk zijn. - Signaleren van afwijkingen, piekbelasting en onnodig energieverbruik. - Vertalen van technische analyses naar concrete adviezen, businesscases en verbetermaatregelen. - Adviseren van klanten over energiebesparing, CO₂-reductie en het verbeteren van gebouwprestaties. - Bewaken dat voorgestelde verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd en geborgd.
