Funciones y tareas: Valoración del estado de salud: Realizar valoraciones iniciales y periódicas de las condiciones físicas y emocionales de las personas usuarias. Planificación de cuidados: Diseñar planes de cuidados individualizados en colaboración con el equipo interdisciplinar, adaptándolos a las necesidades específicas de los usuarios/as. Administración de medicamentos: Supervisar y administrar tratamientos farmacológicos, asegurando su correcta aplicación y registrando las dosis administradas. Atención directa: Realizar procedimientos de enfermería (curas, sondajes, toma de constantes, etc.) siguiendo los protocolos establecidos. Supervisión de auxiliares: Coordinar y supervisar las tareas del personal auxiliar en relación con los cuidados básicos de los usuarios/as. Educación sanitaria: Proporcionar orientación a las personas usuarias y sus familias sobre pautas de cuidado, prevención de complicaciones y promoción de la salud. Gestión de emergencias: Actuar de manera rápida y eficaz en situaciones de urgencia o emergencia, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos. Documentación clínica: Registrar de manera precisa y actualizada los datos relevantes en los historiales clínicos, asegurando la confidencialidad de la información. Categoría profesional: Técnicos y sin categoría laboral determinada Experiencia profesional: 1 a 3 años de experiencia Estudios: Grado en Enfermería. Formación complementaria: Valorable especialización en geriatría, cuidados paliativos, o salud comunitaria Permiso/s de conducir: Si Vehículo propio: Si Otros requisitos: Manejo de técnicas de enfermería avanzadas, atención a patologías crónicas, y promoción de la salud en personas mayores o dependientes.
