Establecimiento residencial de Valdesoto precisa incorporar 1 enfermero/a. FUNCIONES: Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de cuidados individualizado para cada residente. Funciones en cuatro áreas: -Asistencial y clínica: administrar tratamientos médicos (orales, inyectables, intravenosos), realizar curas de heridas o úlceras, controlar las constantes vitales (tensión, glucosa) y gestionar la medicación diaria. -Cordinación y gestión: actuar como puente entre el residente, sus familiares y el equipo médico (médicos, gericultores, trabajadores sociales). -Prevención y promoción: evaluar el estado de salud al ingreso, prevenir situaciones de riesgo (como caídas o desnutrición) y promover hábitos saludables. -Apoyo emocional: acompañar a los residentes en su proceso de envejecimiento, fomentar su autoestima y asegurar una atención digna al final de la vida. REQUISITOS: Estar en posesión del Grado o Diplomatura de Enfermería. Disponer de vehiculo propio para desplazarse al puesto de trabajo. CONDICIONES: Contrato indefinida. Jornada completa.
