Für unsere Wohngemeinschaften in Wien suchen wir 3 engagierte Behindertenfachkräfte (m*w*d) für 25 - 37 Wochenstunden.

Wir sind:

Die Auftakt GmbH unterstützt Menschen mit Behinderungen und Menschen mit psychischen Krankheiten dabei, ein für sich gutes Leben zu führen. Mit unseren professionellen Dienstleistungen sorgen wir dafür, dass sie an der Gesellschaft teilhaben können. Für besondere Herausforderungen suchen wir gemeinsam innovative Lösungen.

Du bist:

* Fachsozialbetreuer*in für Behindertenarbeit oder Behindertenbegleitung oder

* Pflegefachassistent*in oder Pflegeassistent*in oder

* Sozialpädagog*in

* oder in einer Ausbildung dazu

Du bringst mit:

* Eine positive und wertschätzende Arbeitseinstellung

* Spaß und Freude an der Mitgestaltung

* Eine Arbeitshaltung, die die menschliche Würde achtet

* Eine UBV-Schulung (Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung)

* Bereitschaft zu Sonntags- und Feiertags- sowie Nachtdiensten

Deine Aufgaben in der Wohngemeinschaft:

* Du unterstützt unsere Bewohner*innen in der alltäglichen Lebensführung wie zum Beispiel in der individuellen Basisversorgung, in der Freizeitgestaltung und der sozialen Beziehungen.

* Du förderst unsere Bewohner*innen in ihren Möglichkeiten zur Teilhabe und Mitsprache.

* Du begleitest sie in ihrer emotionalen, psychischen und sozialen Entwicklung.

* Du dokumentierst deine Dienste für deine Kolleg*innen.

Wir bieten dir:

* Eine strukturierte Einschulung, Supervisionen, Teambesprechungen, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten

* Geplante Auszeiten (wie Sabbatical, Bildungskarenz, Bildungsteilzeit, Altersteilzeit, Papamonat/Papakarenz usw.)

* Einen hohen Betreuungsschlüssel, keine geteilten Dienste, Verpflegung während der Dienstzeit

* Eine faire und transparente Entlohnung. Die Anrechnung von bis zu 10 Jahren Vordienstzeit ist möglich. Beispiel für Berufseinsteiger*innen mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung mit 35 Wochenstunden: € 2.712,22 brutto im Monat. Vordienstzeiten werden entsprechend angerechnet. Zulagen ergänzen dein Gehalt.
