Der Standort Schrems, der igz - Inklusion, Gesundheit und Zukunft gemeinnützigen GmbH, bietet Wohn- und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen eines Inklusionsprojektes für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen. Wir erbringen Unterstützungsleistungen zur Realisierung von Partizipation am Arbeitsplatz, beim Wohnen oder in der Freizeit. Die Leistungen werden von einem multiprofessionellen Team erbracht.

Im Kunstmuseum Schrems befinden sich die Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsbereiche der Klient:innen. In unterschiedlichen Abteilungen, wie z.B. Museumsshop, Garten, Kreativwerkstatt oder Café arbeiten die Klient:innen unter Anleitung.

Zur Unterstützung unseres multiprofessionellen Teams im Kunstmuseum suchen wir 1 engagierte Mitarbeiter:innen für das Café für 20 bis 35 Wochenstunden

Deine Erfahrung

* Du hast gastronomische Erfahrung, idealerweise in Abläufen von Cafés, d.h. Inkasso, Warenbestellungen, Kassaführung, Hygienevorschriften, etc,

* Du hast Freude im Umgang mit Menschen und bist ein engagierter Gastgeber.

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch beeinträchtigten Menschen von Vorteil.

Deine Kompetenz

* Du bist psychisch belastbar und hast Verständnis für die Individualität jedes Einzelnen. - Du hast das Herz am rechten Fleck und Krisen der Klient:innen werfen dich nicht um.

* Eine gut organisierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Teamgeist sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit

* Führerschein B

* Bereitschaft für Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste wird vorausgesetzt.

Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag der SWÖ. Einstufung je nach Berufserfahrung. z.B. 30 Wochenstunden, 10 Vordienstjahre (inkl. fixe Zulagen) 2.208,- Euro brutto pro Monat (je nach Anerkennung der Vordienstzeiten) Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als engagierte Mitarbeiter:innen für das Café beträgt 2.722,94 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
