Wir sind ein mehrgruppiges Haus mit einer Kindergartengruppe, einer Familiengruppe (0-6) sowie einer Kleinkindergruppe. Wir wünschen uns kreative, flexible, einfühlsame und verrantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeiten, welche motiviert sind unseren Kindergarten mitzugestalten.

Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt 2 engagierte(n) Elementarpädagog_in Teil- oder Vollzeit (20 bis 40 Wstd.) möglich

Dieses Inserat richtet sich sowohl an Berufseinsteiger*innen, als auch an Bewerber*innen die bereits Berufserfahrung haben.

Unseren Pädagog*innen bieten wir nicht nur 5 Wochen sondern sogar 6 Wochen Urlaub sowie 2 Assistent*innen in der Gruppe.

ÜBER UNS

* Wir haben einen eigenen großen Bewegungsraum der für alle Gruppen zur Verfügung steht. Technisches Museum, Auer- Welsbach-Park, Schönbrunn und auch der Tiergarten befinden sind in Gehweite.

* Im Mittelpunkt unserer pädagogischen Arbeit steht das Kind. Auf liebevolle Weise wollen wir die Kinder zu selbstbewussten Persönlichkeiten heranwachsen lassen und sie in ihren Schwächen als auch Stärken erkennen und fördern. Einen hohen Stellenwert nimmt in unserer Einrichtung die Entwicklung eines gesunden Körperbewusstseins ein. Der Bildungsbereich Bewegung und Gesundheit steht daher im Fokus unserer Bildungsarbeit, wobei natürlich auch alle weiteren Bildungsbereiche in unsere Bildungsangebote angemessen einfließen.

* Lieferessen nicht bei uns! Für unsere Jadekinder kochen wir täglich frisch und verbringen viel Zeit an der frischen Luft.

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Betreuen, Bilden, Begleiten von Kindern bis zum Schuleintritt

* Gestaltung eines alters- und interessenorientierten Tagesablaufes für Kinder

* Zusammenarbeit im Team

DEIN PROFIL

* Die Voraussetzung ist eine eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kindergartenpädagogin oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Gleichstellung durch Magistratsabteilung erforderlich)

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1

* Ausbildung für Früherziehung sowie Erfahrung in der Kleinkinderbetreuung von Vorteil

* Lernbereitschaft

Wir wünschen uns kreative, flexible, einfühlsame und verantwortungsbewusste Pädagog*innen, welche motiviert sind unseren Kindergarten mitzugestalten.
