im Ausmaß von 25 Wochenstunden (befristet bis 31.12.2027).

Deine Aufgaben * Entwicklung und Steuerung: Du identifizierst, entwickelst und begleitest Projekte der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit in Ost- und Südosteuropa gemeinsam mit lokalen Partnerorganisationen * Projektmanagement: Du begleitest den gesamten Projektzyklus - von der Konzeption und Antragstellung über die Umsetzung bis zu Monitoring, Evaluierung und Berichtslegung * Partnerbetreuung: Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Partnerorganisationen und Caritas-Organisationen in deinen definierten Ländern und unterstützt sie bei der Projektentwicklung und Umsetzung * Fördermittel: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Projektanträgen für institutionelle und private Fördergeber*innen sowie bei Berichten und Abrechnungen * Vor Ort: Du führst Projekt- und Finanzmonitoring durch und besuchst unsere Partner*innen und Projekte in der Region * Kommunikation: Du bereitest Projekte für Spender*innen, Schulen und weitere Interessensgruppen auf und organisierst bzw. begleitest Presse- und Spender*innenreisen * Strategie & Netzwerke: Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Ziele der Caritas Auslandshilfe sowie in nationalen und internationalen Arbeitsgruppen und Netzwerken mit * Nothilfe: Du unterstützt bei humanitären Maßnahmen und Nothilfeeinsätzen

Dein Profil * Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Internationaler Entwicklung, Wirtschaft, Sozial-/Politikwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und/oder humanitärer Hilfe, idealerweise mit Auslandserfahrung * Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Project Cycle Management sowie Erfahrung mit Antragstellung, Monitoring, Evaluierung, Berichten und Abrechnungen * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Partnerorganisationen und NGOs * Gute Kenntnisse der sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen Situation in Ost- und Südosteuropa * Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Kroatisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil * Organisationstalent, Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit und Reisen * Bereitschaft, in einer katholischen Organisation mitzuwirken und die Werte und den Auftrag der Caritas mitzutragen
