Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 engagierte_n MITARBEITER_IN FÜR OPERATIVES SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) Standort: Linz Anstellungsart: Vollzeit Bereich: Projektabwicklung, Kundenbelieferung und Bewirtschaftung sowie Büro- und Logistiktätigkeiten

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Operative Abwicklung - Hands-on Mentalität: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Steuerung von SCM-Projekten, KANBAN-Systemen sowie operativer Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft.

* Material-Management: aktive Betreuung von indirektem Material (MRO), Werkstattbedarfen sowie Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen.

* Projekttätigkeiten & Logistik: Durchführung von Projekten und teilweise Zustelldiensten mit dem Firmenfahrzeug (überwiegend in Österreich, teilweise im angrenzenden Ausland; ca. 2-3 Nächte/Woche auswärts).

Das bringst du mit

* Fachwissen: Technisches Verständnis sowie breites Materialwissen (indirektes Material, Werkstattbedarf, Hilfs- & Betriebsstoffe).

* IT-Kenntnisse: Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Excel und Outlook. Erfahrung mit dem ERP-System MS Dynamics 365 ist von Vorteil.

* Führerschein & Reisebereitschaft: Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich sowie Bereitschaft für Auswärtseinsätze (ca. 2-3 Nächte/Woche).

* Sprachkenntnisse: Kommunikations- und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest selbstständig und genau, bist lernwillig, sozial kompetent, flexibel und zeichnest dich durch Eigeninitiative aus.
